Dress came today thank you. It is much better than the last dress. I will still need a couple of inches taken from the bust area, but everything else about the dress is lovely. The jacket is still very big, but I will get my seamstress to fix these things now. And thank you for the extra little appliques, these will come in handy for the alternations.

just received my dress, fits like a glove! fabric is much heavier than original dress and straps made of poor itchy fabric also back did not plunge as expected. because im having a beach wedding this dress will not work way too hot!!! if ordering a dress with little no details order it will fit perfect!

I was very nervous about ordering online, and even for awhile thought I might have been scammmed. You agreed to send me pics before you sent out the dress and I never recived them. Your lack of communication and some of my questions not being answered made me REALLY nervous and I started to panic/stress because my wedding is coming up. However, all is well, this ended up being the real deal and not a scam (Thank GOD!) and the dress is perfect. A couple of alterations need to be made, but this is to be expected.

Thank you so much for putting in the corset, rather than having problems zipping up her dress. She had already gained over 40 pounds, and I was so worried that it wouldn't fit if we used the zipper. I just received my dress and it is beautiful! Thank you again. I do have a question about the rouching that ties around the neck, what is the recommended way to tie it? I tried to find a picture of the back to see how the back looks, but was unable to find one. Should it tie around the neck and hang or be tied in a bow...I\'m finding it difficult to know what to do with the material.

I will of course have to do alterations to the length to shorten the dress as well as the bust area to make that a lot smaller. I had forgotten how heavy the brides material can be and had thought to alter the satiny material and have this a lot lighter but will chat to the local seamstress about. otherwise it is a gorgeous looking dress and one I look forward to wearing on my big day once I have altered it to fit accordingly.

We must have got confused. I didnt want the strap showing at the bottom, i wanted it to be able to be tucked in- the picture you showed me was chiffon dress and the strap could not be tucked in and i said i didnt like it because you could see the strap at the bottom.
I did put it through the dress and it stops about 2" above where its supposed to.
I will have to have it longer for it to go through all the holes and to be able to be tucked in.
Can you please send one out to me.
Sorry i assumed all dresses with trains had this tie in. I have to get a dress maker to add it.
Just one other thing, where the dress material joins at the back the seam has come un-done
( just under the corset) This is not a big deal as we can just re sew it. I just thought you might want to know.

just to let you know the three dresses arrived yesterday and Nicola is blown away with them they are amazing.
I don't know how you get the dresses into such small package and it amazes me every time i open them up how wonderful the dresses are after being in such small bags.
She did try on her wedding dress and it fits beautifully, she looked stunning.
There is small dirty marks all over the front of the dress but i think i will be able to get them out with a small amount of effort so i am not alarmed at all, not sure what or how it may have happened but i am sure it was accidental at your side as the rest of the dress is so beautiful and no other marks are on it. the marks are just along the front of the lower part of the body.
Please don't feel bad about this as accidents happen so no apologies will be needed Cinderella honestly. The dress and all the extra work you did for us makes up for this a million times over.
The Bridesmaid can't get over to her house until Thursday evening so i will keep my fingers crossed that there dresses fit as good as Nicolas dress does.
I will let you know. When she saw the colour and the workmanship of the dresses she was left speechless. Utter amazement, the most excited i have seen this young bride in a long time.
The weight of the dresses have made her happy as the original dresses she tried on in the local shops were so heavy and with her getting married in Cyprus she is grateful for the fact that your material is a more light weight Satin and Taffeta which will allow them to be more comfortable in the heat. Also Nicola has a bad medical condition on her back so she will be more comfortable not having the weight pulling behind her..a very happy young lady
I have also been asked by Nicola to Thank you again, also a big thank you for her free underskirt that you enclosed which was wonderful, it finishes the dress by allowing her to make it look like a princess dress.
Fingers crossed for Thursdays Fittings. I am not worried as you have been fab so far. I will drop you an email to let you know what the girls think of there dresses. I will also send you a photo when they all get back from Cyprus and let you see them all in there dresses.

I got them! They are beautiful! Only 2 girls tried theirs on so far (waiting for other 2 to get back from vacation). The only issues were that on my daughter's dress (the smallest one), the string back goes too far down and it ties very far down at the back of the dress and doesn't look right. Also, one of the bigger girls are very busty and the coverage on the chest is not as much as I would like (too much bust showing). No big deal. I will take care of it. I love the design you put on the side of the dress! Also thank you for the shawls and purses. That was a nice surprise. :)

The dress is wonderful!! My daughter, Jordyn, looks beautiful in it!! She is a blonde that refuses to be like everyone else, she has gone red for a few years now and this style and color make her look like no other:) She is a welder and plans to weld while she is young enough & strong enough to do so. She started taking welding classes to apply it to her artistic talent, but found out she is really good at. So, in a few years she will go back to school for art after she enjoys the thrill of being a welder after high school. We received my daughters prom dress in less than 3 weeks. It is beautiful.Ther are acouple of small differences than the picture.one is the lace up on the back. onthe picture you could see the backafter it was laced up.on the dress I received a panal had been sewed into the dress, this was a great improvement.It was the exact color,lenght and size I ordered.

I am also wondering if you are able to make a veil that matches the one in the dress picture, it is single tier and long with some of the lace like the dress only along the base of the veil, I have attached a picture if it helps to see what I am talking about.

I was very nervous about ordering online, and even for awhile thought I might have been scammmed. You agreed to send me pics before you sent out the dress and I never recived them. Your lack of communication and some of my questions not being answered made me REALLY nervous and I started to panic/stress because my wedding is coming up. At the moment we are looking at the Prom Dress899 in a royal blue. I was
wondering, is it possible to get the bow also in royal blue, perhaps in a satin
material? - I had also thought of a white bow but was worried this may class /
take away from the wedding dress? What do you suggest?
Also, are you able to please send me a sample of the Royal blue colour,
particularly in the material of the dress?

I will of course have to do alterations to the length to shorten the dress as well as the bust area to make that a lot smaller. I had forgotten how heavy the brides material can be and had thought to alter the satiny material and have this a lot lighter but will chat to the local seamstress about. otherwise it is a gorgeous looking dress and one I look forward to wearing on my big day once I have altered it to fit accordingly.

We must have got confused. I didnt want the strap showing at the bottom, i wanted it to be able to be tucked in- the picture you showed me was chiffon dress and the strap could not be tucked in and i said i didnt like it because you could see the strap at the bottom.
I did put it through the dress and it stops about 2" above where its supposed to.
I will have to have it longer for it to go through all the holes and to be able to be tucked in.
Can you please send one out to me.
Sorry i assumed all dresses with trains had this tie in. I have to get a dress maker to add it.
Just one other thing, where the dress material joins at the back the seam has come un-done
( just under the corset) This is not a big deal as we can just re sew it. I just thought you might want to know.

just to let you know the three dresses arrived yesterday and Nicola is blown away with them they are amazing.
I don't know how you get the dresses into such small package and it amazes me every time i open them up how wonderful the dresses are after being in such small bags.
She did try on her wedding dress and it fits beautifully, she looked stunning.
There is small dirty marks all over the front of the dress but i think i will be able to get them out with a small amount of effort so i am not alarmed at all, not sure what or how it may have happened but i am sure it was accidental at your side as the rest of the dress is so beautiful and no other marks are on it. the marks are just along the front of the lower part of the body.
Please don't feel bad about this as accidents happen so no apologies will be needed Cinderella honestly. The dress and all the extra work you did for us makes up for this a million times over.
The Bridesmaid can't get over to her house until Thursday evening so i will keep my fingers crossed that there dresses fit as good as Nicolas dress does.
I will let you know. When she saw the colour and the workmanship of the dresses she was left speechless. Utter amazement, the most excited i have seen this young bride in a long time.
The weight of the dresses have made her happy as the original dresses she tried on in the local shops were so heavy and with her getting married in Cyprus she is grateful for the fact that your material is a more light weight Satin and Taffeta which will allow them to be more comfortable in the heat. Also Nicola has a bad medical condition on her back so she will be more comfortable not having the weight pulling behind her..a very happy young lady
I have also been asked by Nicola to Thank you again, also a big thank you for her free underskirt that you enclosed which was wonderful, it finishes the dress by allowing her to make it look like a princess dress.
Fingers crossed for Thursdays Fittings. I am not worried as you have been fab so far. I will drop you an email to let you know what the girls think of there dresses. I will also send you a photo when they all get back from Cyprus and let you see them all in there dresses.

The only issues were that on my daughter's dress (the smallest one), the string back goes too far down and it ties very far down at the back of the dress and doesn't look right. Also, one of the bigger girls are very busty and the coverage on the chest is not as much as I would like (too much bust showing). No big deal. I will take care of it. 1. Do you make any Brides and bridesmaid dresses or only those that's on your website
2. What are your quality of fabric, do you have sample of your fabric and colors that you can provide me with.
3. What other service do you offer because I would also be interested in chair covers, napkins and tablecloth etc.......

It's Monday The 30Th (I think), & I just received my dress. Its is soo beautiful. I can't tell you enough how sorry I am for panicking when I didn't get a response from you after 2-3 attempts. Please know that I am not neurotic, or even psychotic. Planning a ceremony is more stressful than I thought even if you start early. I ordered my dress a month ago and had it customized to fit me. It was exactly as shown in the picture and fit perfectly. I recommend this site to all brides. Alterations are expensive but I paid $203 total for my dress. The customizations were free. The dress was very heavy and very well made. Not thin and easily torn. I give 9lover.com an A+++!! Great job! I would definately order from here again. Cinderella is also very quick to respond to emails and answer any questions I had regarding my dress. Excellent customer service!

Dear Cinderella,
My maternity wedding dress came yesterday afternoon and I couldn't be happier. There is plenty of room for the baby to grow and it will still fit perfectly. I was so fearful that it was going to be too small because I have 3 bridesmaids dresses (short prom dress #139 in black) coming back to you for alterations, so for me to put the dress on and it fit so beautifully I was thrilled!!!!!
